Meet Kate
I run the babyballet Tyneside franchise. I don't teach in the classroom — I oversee it all: a team of 14 teachers, plus a small team of AI agents now doing some of the heavy lifting too.
I've built the business up to just short of 650 families, and hundreds more over the years. That's the lens everything here is written through: real bookings, real parents, real Saturday mornings — not theory.
